In addition, the excavation team will handle all utility relocation for the 80,000 square foot addition, approximately 3,500 feet of water line, and excavation work for a new underground utility tunnel. This includes the sign package for light-up signs around the campus, curbs & blacktop installation, and repair. IBEX Construction of New York City has brought us on to handle the second and third expansion phases at Parx Casino, a 260,000 square foot, state-of-the-art casino and racetrack, located in Bensalem, Pa.Įarlier this year we were awarded a contract to complete work at the Casino and have been retained to perform a variety of excavation and paving projects throughout each phase of the Parx expansion.
